Prompt from PowerPoint speaker notes

Import a PowerPoint (.pptx) and its speaker notes come in, in the deck's playing order, with a cue for each slide labeled Slide 1, Slide 2 and on. Next cue is then the next slide.

1. Import the deck. From the library's Import, the Files app, or File, Open on the Mac.
2. Read the notes. Each slide's notes follow the last, with the slide's cue at the start. The dock shows the slide's name as CUE when you reach it.
3. Move slide to slide. Next cue and Previous cue, from the dock, a clicker, the Watch or the arrow keys, take you to the next slide's notes.

Only the notes come in, never the slides themselves. A deck with no notes is turned away with a message saying it has no speaker notes. Keynote files aren't read: export from Keynote as PowerPoint first.
